Whether you've suffered from COVID-19 or not, if you would like to support this research, you can do so in two ways. First, simply telling other people about this study will help us to reach eligible participants. Second, as a way of saying thank you to our participants, we have pledged to give ten $1,000 donations to healthcare facilities that treat COVID-19 patients, selected from among the areas where participants live. We are accepting monetary gifts, which are tax-deductible and are made through UCLA, in order to be able to increase the number of donations that we can provide to healthcare facilities. All funds collected will be used exclusively for this charitable purpose -- everyone on this research team is donating their time to this project. Lastly, participation in this study is entirely free of charge -- while we are grateful for all monetary donations, above all else, we need to learn about the experiences of COVID-19 survivors.
